Booking Rooms for 2010 in Paducah

Due to the delay in the closing of the sale of the Executive Inn, AQS has not been able to negotiate or sign a contract for the 2010 show. AQS is advising quilters that they should not pay any NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSITS for hotel rooms or other lodging for 2010.

Watch the AQS Web site, http://www.americanquilter.com/, the AQS s-News, or this blog, http://aqsquiltnews.blogspot.com/ for more information as it become available on the 2010 show in April.

I am hopeful!!!! We ate this year at the lunch buffet and it was wonderful....good food, line moved quickly, good service. I loved the layout of the show this year. I am amazed at all you did to pull this off!
THANK YOU. We enjoyed it as we have for 20 years.

I would like to thank AQS and all of the people of Paducah who worked so hard to make this show wonderful. We had a great time. We are so hoping that the show next year is still held in Paducah. We love the area. The downtown area is quaint and safe. The Executive Inn was very clean (needed updating) but we had a great time. Kudos to all involved. From Ohio

Is it possible to get some information about next year's show even if it's only to know that the contracts still have not been signed?
We're anxiously waiting to hear something, anything!

Can anyone from AQS update us about the contract negotiations etc regarding the sale of the Inn?
We loved the show this year and would hate to see it not be held in Paducah.
