The Museum will begin opening 7 days a week, starting in April. The Museum is open the Sunday prior to, and after the Quilt Show. Due to the timing of this year’s show, the Museum is open Easter Sunday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Regular Admission Sunday – Tuesday: $10 Adult; $8 Senior
Sunday, April 24: Museum is open 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Monday: Museum is open 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday: Museum is open 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.: George and Virginia Siciliano Demonstrations – Starting Tuesday, the Sicilianos will be in the lobby demonstrating their techniques most days throughout the week.
10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Bill Ford. – Demonstrating and promoting his painted aprons.
5:30 – 7:00 p.m: AQS Awards Presentation – (Carson Four Rivers Center, 100 Kentucky Ave.)
7:30 – 9:30 p.m.: AQS Sneak Preview – Be the first to see the prizewinning quilts in this year's AQS Quilt Contest; the merchant malls will be open too. Remember the Museum benefits from the proceeds of this event! (All Exhibit Areas)

- 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Bill Ford Museum is open 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Demonstrating and promoting his painted aprons.
- 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Book Signing – Mary Tatem, author of numerous books including: Quilt of Joy, Quilt of Faith and Quilt of Life. (NQM Lobby)
- 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.: Live Quilt Auction (Convention Center Food Tent) – NEW this year is the ability to participate in the live auction online through the AQS Webcasts. Click here to subscribe for webcasts at this year's AQS Quilt Show.
- 7:00 p.m.: Evening Upstairs at Your Library Lecture Series “More than Preaching to the Choir: The Role of the Museum in the Current Quilt World” presented by The National Quilt Museum Curator of Collections and Registrar, Judy Schwender. 7 p.m. at McCracken County Public Library in the upstairs community room. Samples of Fabric for Fabulous Fabric Flurry |
- 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.: New this year, the Museum will hold its first Fabulous Fabric Flurry on Friday during Quilt Week (April 29th) from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. or until the fabric is gone. Just $10 gets you all the fabric you can fit into your “Flurry Bag.” Look for the tent on the Museum lawn. Come early for the best selection. Event ends when supply runs out. Have fabric you would like to donate for the Fabulous Fabric Flurry? We are looking for clean, 100% cotton fabric in fat quarter and 1 yard lengths or more. - 10 am – 12 p.m.: New Quilts from an Old Favorite: Orange Peel Book Signing – See these exciting quilts and meet some of the quiltmakers. Admission to Gallery required. (NQM Gallery)
